1. Ol “KaDaffy” looked and spoke like he was stoned to the max on something.  He’s also Fugly.

   On the other hand, I agree with him on one point.  The U.N. should be quartered elsewhere.
   How about the Antarctic?  That ought to help the AGW debate right along, eh?
