1. Niiice! I wonder what I can do with a couple of those water-cooled 32mm guns and a pickup truck? BWAHAHAHAH! Rush hour is no longer a problem!
   Actually, this was a case of Russia taking out it’s trash, as the ship had been sold to India, but the people taking it out for them dropping the bag and conveniently not having time to pick it up.

2. If it’s such a popular dive site, why move it? Is it in a major traffic lane? If they’ve successfully routed around it for 15 years since 1994… why care about it NOW?

3. I guess the fish are starting to get rusty.

   And there is or was the matter of something radioactive on board. Not a reactor, but there was some bit of a story about some concerns.
