NEWS BUSTED …. YEAH YOU FOLKS IN THE STATES PROLLY SAW THIS ALREADY BUT …

 

1. I have this bookmarked (big hollywood) but have not been - with the daughter and her family here right on the heels of m-i-l & youngest daughter visiting - I am falling waaaay behind on the school thing.

   It was cute - but I still liked Fox’s Half Hour News Hour - now that was funny.
   Too bad Fox has gone over into the Obamamedia - not anywhere as bad as MSNBNC - which is still tingling and crying over The One’s (tm) ‘historic’ election - but they are creeping left as I write.

   It disgusts me to no end.

   Sort of like reporting the ever lasting Katrina ‘horror’ without laughing out loud.

   Let us not forget Galveston and Houston were devestated this year by Ike - where, oh where are the tears, crockumentarys and of course obligatory lawsuits for a gazillion dollars?

   We have a friend (on the mainland between Galveston and Houston) who stayed (he has animals) with a generator a neighbor lent him - he no longer drives (which I also think was a part of his decision) and stuck it out. Afterward, however, he is seriously considering moving north of Houston.

   As I said, however, there are no tears on tv, no Home Makeovers, no telethons (although having fake grieving mother Cindy Sheehan and the Land Whale to come in a skim money off the donations - isn’t much help in the end), no endless drivel on the horror that evil bushitlerburtonco did to TX? I have to wonder why not?

2. Wardmom...Fox? Left?
   Woo-whoo ... things sure have changed in the 4 plus yrs since I’ve been away.

   Galveston and Houston????  I think I missed that. ?? When? Recently?
   They usually cover USA pretty well here.
