2. And don’t forget to “drown” it in some nice pungent nuoc mam (fermented fish sauce)

   OTOH, leave out the stinky rotten fish stuff, and just enjoy it as it is. 

   Definitely sounds more appetizing than sheepguts wrapped in sheepguts.

4. Hey Ronnie — have you actually tried this recipe, and if so, is it any good? It’s hard to tell just from reading it… but I’d like to try it if it’s good because I love most Vietnamese food
