2. she suffered “severe emotional distress including depression, loss of sleep, stress, crying, humiliation, anxiety, and shame” because the school allowed the event to take place.

   Oh poor dear .... the heart bleeds.
   What a crock. But no surprise. Is it?

   I believe there’s some pressure now over here, to curtail suits like that. Don’t believe it’ll get far though.
