When did update change its definition to fuck up?
You always manage to nail things in one short line. lol. How you do that?
Well said as always and true. Upgrades and updates are often nightmares. I had the phone Drew is referring to but at the time, you could still get a live person. However, waits and sometimes language were an impediment.
We do a local pay-go. I really hate it but at 10 bucks a month - it’s all we can do right now. Your adventure sounds like my dealings with the insurance co I have my dental through. I wish that I’d not been cheap - when our dental went out after he retired - it was just a 5 times increase in the monthly payment seemed excessive to me. Little did I know that this company sucks - and here in Union stranglehold hell - it’s about all I can get. The website doesn’t take my password (and never has) the ‘agent’ who sent me the form - doesn’t answer phone or email anymore (like no one else can notice this - I don’t get a Delivery Fail notice) - and now I’ve sent a letter after the last (3 800 numbers and the tech lady barely spoke English) phone call where when put on hold - they hung up after 15 minutes. Seriously I hate them. But it really doesn’t matter - we can’t afford to pay for dental care - so it’s just being used by our son - who can’t brush well and pays with his SSI. One stupid, simple question about the form I was sent - and no one will take 5 minutes (probably less) to answer it. Never ever had the hassle with the other company and even with 4 kids - never, ever paid more than $100. on a bill. I wish. Welcome to Obamacare - where everyone with a paycheck/income gets taxed and then pays and pays and pays. And then gets taxed some more.
It’s just experience.
AT&T “upgraded” the software on my iPhone, and now it has an Obama Channel. I may go back to a dumb phone.
