1. The thing is when you give out all these benefits to deadbeats what do you expect will happen? The “mother” of those two monsters I read used to give them pot to calm them down. She had I believe seven kids in all and spent her days bombed out of her gourd on drugs. They should put a cap on family benefit. If you have more than two kids you pay for it. That would have the added bonus of slowing the islamic takeover since the muslims are the worst abusers of this particular welfare handout.

2. I think the 10 year old monsters have sort of parents, bang up the parents as if they commited the crimes then when the monsters are 18 they can take the punishment, this would focus parents on doing their job. And yes stop all monetry payouts, give vouchers and have zero tollerence for anyone trading vouchrs for money, booze or drugs.

4. Lyndon reports correctly on that mom giving her kids pot to keep em quiet.
   One answer whould be enforced sterilization for both men and women in her group.
   They do NOT have to breed and generally do so anyway because of benefits for each child.
   There has been at least one mom on welfare who has openly and publicly said she does this and will continue to do so. In fact, I recall posting her story. And still the system here lives with it and may even condone it by the continued monies handed out willy-nilly.
