1. Thats exactly why substations have fences all around. Its for a dual purpose, to keep fucktards out that dont belong, but the main purpose is for their own personal safety. High voltage transformers have been know to draw archs within 0 to 30+ feet. Electricity is lazy and will find any eazy path that it can to ground.
