  1. Sad that there is no shame anymore and perpetrators’ rights override those of the victims’ or of society’s need to be informed and thus safer.

That said… “anti-social behavior tsar?” That sounds pretty Orwellian. Anti-social behavior as defined by...?

  2. The local rag, Dayton Daily Democrat News used to publish a weekly list of who got arrested for soliciting an undercover policewoman for prostitution. (Hint: I’ve seen the undercover policewomen ‘on patrol’. They invariably are far too good-looking to be actual prostitutes.)

Frankly, I don’t see why this is a crime. Stupid? Yes. Crime? You decide.

Anyway, the local Dayton Daily Democrat News no longer publishes such info. Their circulation continues to decline.

OTOH, an independent publication has surfaced. I forget the name, but it’s a weekly and it details everybody arrested in the last week. Gives names, addresses, and the (alleged) crime. So-and-so who lives at such-and-such address was arrested for soliciting a prostitute. I’m especially interested in the ones that were arrested for such in the city parks after dark. Invariably, they are homosexuals.

That is why regular people can’t legally be in a city park after dark. It’s the city’s way of giving homosexual prostitutes a business district, and easy money at the end of the month when the city police do their sweeps. All this while charging it to me on my property taxes.
