NAACP In The News

 

1. Anybody other than me ever get angry about how the NAACP always touts itself as being the oldest civil rights organization? Last time I checked, the NRA was the oldest. But hey, the NRA is just a bunch of white male meanies, right?

2. here’s the numbers: NAACP was founded in 1909, according to their website.  The NRA has been around for much longer: they were incorporated in 1871.  And I dare someone to say that the 2nd Amendment isn’t a civil rights issue!

3. I wonder if PUSH (Jesse Jackson’s group) is also Tax-Exempt? It would sure be nice for Irwin R. Shyster to kill two turds birds with one stone!

5. I believe that no day is complete until you have told a bureaucrat to go f*ck himself (or herself, as the case may be).

   BUT the IRS is like that rhinoceros in Gary Larsen’s Far Side cartoon: “an animal not known for its sense of humor”.

   The NAACP vs. the IRS?  Hmmmm… I don’t know whom to root for—but I know who’ll win!   

   (I wanted to be first, after Fearless Leader, to use them all.)
