3. It is one of the reasons I do not like going to ‘the movies’ any more - among the others:
   1) terrible movies not worth the time and outrageous cost
   and
   2) people of a certain ilk who believe that the handicap seats were made for them

   Of course all the things that the Alamo Drafthouse have listed - are also a given on my list.

   Our ‘customer’s’ rant is also the result of ‘words, just words’ & dumbed down education - every other word was not a real word or an obscenity.

   God Help America - and establishments like the Alamo Drafthouse are a good start.

God Bless The Alamo Drafthouse.  That little bitch and all her ilk are why I haven’t set foot in a theater for over 10 years.  That and the movies are insulting and sick and pure crap.  That aside, if all theaters started using rules like that I’d start going to movies again.  I really miss the $30.00 popcorn

5. I go rarely.. Usually the late late show, or the ‘all the kids are still at school’ showing.. So far nothing has been worth the $11 that the local theater thinks it’s worth..

6. Over here, they’d be attacked. And that isn’t a joke.

   A woman and her family were in a theater.  She asked some thugs to please be quiet.

   They followed the family out and when they (family) went into a fast food restaurant, 2 of the punks ran in with a bottle of bleach and dumped it over her head.  Serious burns etc.
   Didn’t say what kind of bleach used but must have been the thick kind to cause burns, I would think.

   I know this story is very old, but none the less, it doesn’t paint a picture of a pleasant evening at the movies.

   The family were in a nearby restaurant when the bleach was thrown over her head by two youths who followed them inside.
