My other niece

  1. Nice couple. Ah family genes are just so much fun. My older two kids are healthy as horses, work and play hard. The younger two are allergic to things, and just fighting hard to stay alive. Go figure. As 3 of the 4 hover near or above 6 feet - obviously I do have some decent genes, they just didn’t work out so well for the younger two. To me, I see their father in the older two, but everyone says that they all look like me. I think just the baby does - my brother said when he saw her first picture with glasses - he took it to his wife and said - this is what my sister looked like when she was little. I always said, if I had enough kids, I’d get one that looked like me!

My daughter’s first two marriages were to the same man - she didn’t listen to a single person that it wasn’t a good idea (even though she was the one who left him). Her oldest son’s father (not the first/second hubby - he’s the middle one’s dad) - is a complete waste of time. When the little boy was born, I told her a few days later I had to leave before I killed him. She is friends with his wife - he contributes nothing except what the state takes from him. Turns out she is now making friends with the ex’s ex wife - finding out that it was all a big lie. I just keep hoping that this new guy is not in the same vein. Two things are going for him - she’s known him longer than the two sperm donors (she met them about the same time - all are/were Marines) and he is at least personable enough to smile and talk to us. The baby is due in April - 3 kids by 3 men - OH where Oh where did I go so wrong with her?!?

  2. “OH where Oh where did I go so wrong with her?!?”

    Weren’t you mama,

    Blame George w. Bush.

After all, according to Obummer and company, he’s responsible for EVERY THING that’s gone wrong in the world since Julius Caesar’s time.

  3. You didn’t go wrong with her wardmama.

It was her choice. You gotta let ‘em go to make their own mistakes.

I’ve seen so often as a postman a never-married woman with six+ children, all by different sperm-donors, none of whom were fathered by her current boyfriend, who she was not married to, and therefore hadn’t taken legal obligations for her children.

Sad that as a society we allow and support that.

  4. I have to say - she has never, ever taken a dime from the gov (other than her 3 federal jobs - one as a Marine and two as a civilian worker), she has always saved for her future and saved the majority of the money from the first sperm donor (she will for the second once she pays off the damn truck that idiot bought ‘her’). So despite her not great choices in sperm donors for her first two sons - she has taken full responsibility of raising them and her life. And they are wonderful kids.

I said that (where oh where did I go wrong) - as right now - the older kids have blamed me for the state that the younger two are in - as I am babying them and not letting them grow up.

It doesn’t matter, as I left home the day after I graduated from hs - and my older brother and sisters still treat me like I’m 12 years old.

So I guess that when you are the baby of the family or do (whether forced by circumstances or not) something different from the older siblings view/choices - It’s all Mom’s fault and you are just being a baby.

Chis - the welfare state demands that - no one gets married so that they can get all the benefits possible. Yes it is sad that we allow it and support it. It is why I am for REPEALING the 16th Amendment - can’t pay for Illegal aliens, welfare or Obamacare - if there is no Federal Income Tax to steal money from the working people.

But everyone is too afraid to to do a damn thing to fix America anymore. It will be the death of America.

You’re absolutely right wardmama. I really can’t add anything to that beautiful rant. Except to ask you to consider becoming an Admin. I can’t do that myself. Drew or peiper can. And you’ve turned it down before. One day I’m gonna catch you in a moment of weakness and you’ll say ‘yes’.
