1. Yeppers, It always amazes me(NOT)when some rule or law is in need of interpretation when it inconveniences a specific party. So much for the Rules Of law applying equally.4 legs good, 2 legs bad.

2. Still, in my opinion, and I hate to say this, but the perfect correct spelling, even if it is the law is anal…
   But, it is the law.
