  1. There is no hole in hell sufficiently deep for this one.

  2. All because some sappy liberal started whinning but, but he’s human, it’s wrong to kill - you’re just like him, serving time in jail will keep society safe and not be mean and cruel to him by executing him.

    Some thoughts on that -

    1) everyone dies - at some time, not even your biggest pie in the sky scifi fantasy (or occult one) is going to change or alter that reality (ever).

    2) Jessica did not die - disease, accident, or war did not cause her to die. Jessica was murdered.

3)***ALERT***to all liberal whinners and anti-war screeders - Jessica was tortured, systematically and horrifically tortured - not to prevent war or terroristic mayhem but for a perverts evil personal pleasure, and then systematically tortured (again) by being buried alive within yards of her own home. [The alert - that is torture - not Gitmo or Abu ghraib].

    4) The law of the land includes the death penalty. Reminder, the Supremes tried to erradicate it - didn’t work. Therefore whine all you want, carry placards at his execution, write your congresscritter - but you won’t over turn it again. Certainly not soon enough to save this particular piece of scum.

    5) I personally would like to see someone cut his, ahmm, ‘weapon’ off and then bury him alive as his form of execution - but I will settle for the humane lethal injection.

    6) And the reasons I will stand by the death penalty is that life in prison does not mean life - even without parole (see Kenneth McDuff, TX who finally got an express lane execution after killing at least 3 more women after being let go from his l w/o parole sentence) and why when this country does not care if I and my family (both working) has food, housing and medical care -should I be taxed to let subhuman scum like this live on my dime?

This type of subhuman scum is one ‘person’ I have no problem saying ‘May he rot in Hell’.

  3. HELL is too easy of a punishment for this vermin.  Whatever is WORSE THAN HELL is not good enough.  Sickening.  Truly, sickening that such evil exists.

  4. Here’s the plan:

Execution by lethal injection consists of the prisoner being injected with a mild tranquillizer and when he is relaxed they dump the killing chemical in.

All we need is for the doctor to inject a very heavy dose of the tranquillizer to knock him out, wait a few minutes and then dump in saline solution. Wait a few more minutes and declare him dead. The guards hustle the “body” out and a quick burial is performed out in the prison cemetery.

Sometime later, Mr. Couey wakes up - six feet under - encased in a coffin - where no one can hear him scream - he slowly suffocates. Justice is done.

  5. you see.. it’s scum like this (my apologies to scum) makes me believe that there needs to be a change to the term “cruel and unusual punishment”

lowlifes like this deserve to be sentenced to death, death by slow torture.. dragging the torure over a period of many many months

  6. Hopefully his end is swift.. but since this is Florida and there is a history.. most likely it’ll be close to 12 years before he is executed.. barring Florida Death penalty being repealed and invalidated due to these wackos that think Murderers were meant to be protected from Cruel and Unusual Punishment because they might (OHH MY GOD) actually encounter pain during their death....... I think that by Invalidating their victims right to protection from Cruel and Unusual Punishment they invalidate theirs.. and I can’t think of much anything that would fall in the cruel and unusual punishment criteria for a skumbag that took the life of a 9 year old Child....

  7. My idea would be to have Murderers suffer the same fate/death their victims did(but then you have to figure out who is going to reenact the grisly deeds.... although the law wont allow it and would cause guards to be put in jail, a swift end to child molestors would be to let them free with the general population and have the guards turn their backs.. kinda like what happened to Dahmer…

  8. Bring back public executions on the scaffold.

Hold a lottery for the honor of getting to pull the lever.

  9. My first reaction to this piece of human waste Couey is “Gimme 5 minutes alone with him.”
But then reason kicks in, and a little voice says WWJD.
That’s it! Just What Would Jack Bauer Do?
“Gimme 5 Days alone with Couey” he deserves a very slow and painful death.

It is unfortunate that he will probably get life in solitary, where our tax dollars will protect him from the general population,
if he gets death, that will take years, and is way to humane for this sub-human pervert.

Justice would be best served by placing this creep in the general prison population, where he would be properly dealt with in a matter of days,

or just set him free and release him of all charges.
from the look on Mr. Lunsfords face during the trial,
I don’t think Couey would have a nice life or “death” after Mr.Lunsford caught up with him.

  10. Unfortunately we are much too civilized a society to mete the justice this waste of protoplasm deserves. No suffering I can think of is harsh enough for Couey. I can only hope/believe that there is a special circle in Hell reserved for his ilk.

  11. Wardmama, would you be merciful enough to allow him to clutch his “weapon” as he expires?

As for his demise, I like this little quote:

“I got stuff planned for you that’ll take twenty years to kill ya...and you’ll be screaming for mercy in the first five seconds.” Avatar the Wizard

  12. Stinkfoot, nothing needs to be changed with the term cruel and unusual punishment. The Supreme injustices of the court simply need to learn the definition of A-N-D.
In otherwords, if you make it cruel, don’t make it unusual, and if you make it unusual, don’t make it cruel.
Prisoners deserve a constitutional bill of rights that spells out exactly what they are and are not entitled to.
I am one person in favor of a max sentence of 20 years per single offence, and a max total of 25 years. assume if you will that a person comes of age, knowing right from wrong at age 15. That person does something evil and warrents the wrath of society. If we lock them up forever, they will never have the chance to benefit society, they will be a caged animal with no reason to better them self, in which case they are better off dead.
Assuming that person might chose to rehabuilitate themself, they would be free at the latest age 35. but allas they didn’t learn and again transgress. Why should we continue to support them? Give them a rope and a chair and time to spare. There is no point in society continuing to support them.
So to end, I think Prisons should be the WORST tollerable conditions, and any deviation should be toward mercy, but it should be used sparingly and ONLY with the victims consent.

  13. These people on the left (and the Supremes) are ignoring the LAW of the land for a ‘shading’ of the grey areas. They are the ones at fault for minimizing mental illness and tying up into red tape nightmares the act of commitment. Which is typical for liberals, see an evil (po’d family members committing aunt jane) and going waaaaaaay tooooo faaaaaaaaaaar the other way to where real dangers to society can’t be locked up for more than 30 days. The same with criminals (life does not mean life and in many states the percent of sentence served is a joke).

And then reality, people such as this scum can not be rehabilatated, cured or changed. So his choice is life or a death sentence. His rights end at competent legal representation and medical evaulation (to include mental). And because of their blasting away into lalaland stupidity any control and protection for society to ‘protect’ the criminal we arrive at this point where the scums like Couey can repeat offend (which in people like him tend to escalate into murder, to hopefully let him ‘get away with it’) and then they scream again when the majority of people prefer a long slow torturous death to anything remotely civilized.

There is a vast middle ground between letting these subhuman preditors exist and prey on the inocent and cutting off heads, hands and genitals in the public square. I think that the lethal injection (which we use for our beloved pets in their painful final hours) is that middle ground. It would lessen the tax burden and would free up space in prisons.

I believe all sentences should run the full length, that one appeal (reviewed by a judge, lawyers and one completely univolved person)only, and that the Manson verdict needs to be reinstated because when these morons overturn something on a whim, they are nullifying the entire judical system in America (which is a joke), that our current crop of terrorists (no matter where they are ‘caught’) do not deserve any American ‘rights, and that the certain crimes don’t deserve prison time at all - why clutter up a vile space with someone who is not vile. Community service (actual not pretend) and worthwhile (years not hours) and probations that last years (like the rest of life for some). And immediate incarceration upon re-arrest. No bail, no second chance. Your original release was your second chance.

Finally this, how many molestations does a molester make? How many murders does a murder make? To me - one is the definer - there are no second chances in these cases. Because with molesters - WTF do the whinning bleeding heart liberal idiots think these pos come from?

FOC - how about doing a National Lottery on Couey - just to show the bleeding heart liberals how many in America would gladly pull the lever or push the syringe? I’d bet they’d be schocked at how many people would vote against Couey. And for ‘cruel and unusual ‘ punishment.

But then, if most of their lame ideas and laws were put to a real vote - none would get a second look and a vast majority vote against.
