  1. There’s no defense for this creature. Therefore the “legal team” will obfuscate, delay, create distractions, cause disruptions in court, direct attention elsewhere and every other trick they can think of to put off the inevitable. They certainly can’t win by following protocols.

    Thank you, Ramsay Clark.

  2. Why should we be surprised at THIS bit of tawdry nonsense?  Anything other than standing the old sod straight up against a wall was lamentably farcical from the outset!  This is only a logical development of the existing farce!

Drumhead court-martial for the lot, and be done with it!

    cool grin

  3. Sigh!!!

There will be no shortage of Blame-America-for-Everything scumbag lawyers to carry the suit through some jackleg court of law.

I think Saddam needs a speedy trial and even speedier execution.

  4. The issue will become a problem after Saddam is convicted and sentenced to death. As HE will have a case pending before the international court, he will not be liable for execution until that case is settled - in about 112 years.

Nice ploy by the Clarkist traitors.

  5. Looks like a ‘sad day in mudville’ but it’s no big surprise that

Sadam might spend many years above ground. Maybe the boys that

found him in the spider hole should have fumagated the hole with

an incinerary device before extracting him.

  6. Agreed piccalo.

The idea of Saddam suing G.W. and Mr. Blair is laughable.

The fact that we have extended the courtesy of due process to Saddam is not.  shut eye

  7. I’m perfectly willing to hear his case. In fact I’d love to hear it. The problem is that they dont have a case, therefore we’re going to be treated to the hystrionics and all the shit (and more) that I mentioned above.
