1. So why aren’t the Islamic leaders all over the airwaves claiming death threats against this man’s family for planning to bomb A MOSQUE?!?

3. I cannot imagine a Christian of any sort engaging in such behavior.  I cannot imagine anyone in all of Christianity condoning or abetting such behavior. 

   The closest to it I can think of is the bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama that killed 4 young girls.  The shock and revulsion that rippled across the country in the wake of the incident was pretty severe.  I really think that it sounded the death knell of segregation in the South.

5. Ding, ding, ding!! GoF calls it! Yes, those are all quotes from the ever enjoyable author Terry Pratchett. I’ve been a fan for ages. Expect the quotes to change from time to time, and we’ll play Name That Author. Suggestions and links always welcome; “author” may also include famous speaker, politician, etc., ... but I’ll try not to drag in song writers unless things get really bad. I’ll try to get a new one up every week if I can.

   A.  As Dr. Jeff mentioned, does this late bomber qualify for martyr status?  Or perhaps does he just rate 36 virgins?

8. Drew there is a program being planned by a British comedian called Chris Morris which is all about a bunch of bungling terrorist wannabees. Morris is pretty controversial over here. I think he’s very funny but I can see anything that pokes fun at islamic fascism being neutered by the pc crowd.
