1. Doing anything like that in any big city in the US is just asking for it so here is some good advice for her; Keep it on the QT sweetheart and shut the hell up in public about it.

3. This why I am not owning/working in a restaurant or attempting a start up - it’s just a mine field of regulations fees, taxes and petty boneheaded bureaucrats looking for a way to punish those who want to work/do something for themselves.
