  1. When I first read the title of you post title “ More law and disorder and the joke named justice“ I immediately thought of Moore’s Law, the one that says computer power doubles every 18 months or so.

    There must be some kind of a corollary Law for political corruption --- “It doubles every 18 months a politician spends in office.”
