I hate to say it but:
The cleaners should file a counter-suit on similiar grounds against the bus company if they can prove any of the bus drivers clean their own homes.
Whats worse:
Lawyers?
The French?
French Lawyers?
Whoops, got into a tizzy and repeated Frank’s observation of Lawyers and The French.
Oh my God. I can’t believe it. You can’t talk on the bus in France? What the fuck?!
Unfair competition?! It’s one carpool! how is that unfair competition. They probably will lose. How can people delude themselves into this way of thinking?!
Fine Old Cannibal, I think you’re right. The maids may have a case against the bus company for unfair competition.
NON!
This recalls a bumper sticker I saw a couple years ago, after the frogs went into full force whinie baby spoiled jerk mode about our efforts in Iraq:
Si Vous Pouvez Lire Ceci, Vous Sucez. (Fwench for “If you can read this, you suck)
Open message to fwance: Va Vous Foutre, Grenouilles! (go f*** yourselves, frogs)
LC RP
I LOVE that bumper sticker, RP. A shame I don’t get the opportunity to annoy the North American variety with that.
Doing a little back of the envelope arithmetic (2million/2years/12months/monthly_cost=cleaning ladies) I see that the €2 million the bus company claim they lost means that roughly 757 cleaning ladies are involved in this suit. I want to see the car they ride to work in. Perhaps they got it from the clown department at Barnum and Bailey.
Anybody want to bet that the bus line is subsidized? Anybody willing to bet that they’re not looking for a subsidy?
Disgusting! If they had offered good service and didn’t abuse the customers they wouldn’t have driven them off in the first place. Stupid bastards!
