There are some “high end” restaurants on this list - Balaban’s, Cardwell’s, Truffles, Duff’s Riddles, and the highest of all is the MAC (Missouri Athletic Club - membership only).........My former husband & I belonged to the MAC for awhile until we realized that the membership was all geriatric...........We then switched to the St. Louis Club, which was a great dining experience.  We held several of our Year End Parties there - my former husband was a manager of a local insurance company & we held a Year End Party in January every year to celebrate the agency’s accomplishments - it was always black tie & yours truly was the planner of these events..........sometimes I miss those days only because of the nice people I interacted with in the agency - don’t miss the former husband at all......
