  1. I’m still trying to figure out what this ‘Syria crisis’ is all about - what is/are the media and Administration attempting to blow cover for? Me, I think it’s the increasing interest in Defund/Repeal of Obamacare (plus the real hypocrisy of the very entities that cheerleaded the O’care rallies to pass it - now are getting opt-outs, the failure of the Amnesty for Criminal Illegal Invaders which followed closely on the heels of the failure of the gun-grabbing over-reach legislation (isn’t that the big o’s entire 2nd Term agenda in a nutshell?) - but I’m hearing too many rumbles (granted most from the most right wing fanatical leaning places) that the Benghazi 9/11 event was/is covered up to prevent the gun running to Syria scheme of this Administration - just not quite sure how this ‘Syria crisis’ figures into that exactly. Of course, the most cynical part of me - feels that the ‘WMD’ that the Rebels/Assad are using on their people originated in Iraq under Saddam - and of course the Dems/Left must do anything possible to destroy/shut up any information of that leaking out into the real world. Evil bushhaliburtonco - can’t be Right about a damn thing - most especially WMD in Iraq.

Off to spend money we don’t really have - but since it’s on food - gotta do it.

  2. thanks for the reminder; I’ve got to go too. Lucky me I got a couple of checks from work.

I’m thinking Bahamas style Peas ‘n Rice. It’s good solid food, not expensive, and I’ve got 2 strips of bacon in the fridge. Chop up any leftover chicken or pork, or any beef steak, and toss it in. Or some shrimp. But not burger. Half a green pepper couldn’t hurt either.
