4. She’s already pleaded guilty (HUGE mistake) so it’s over.  She’s lost the kid, and may never get him back.

   She’s not one of the dangerous adults that beat their kids within an inch of their lives or end up killing them; those are the types of parents that actually scare the social workers themselves, so they look elsewhere for softer, easier targets like this woman. 

   By getting easy convictions against soft targets, the social services types get to crow about how they’re “protecting the children”, and the gullible public believes most of it.

   Good parents live in fear of agencies like this, bad parents (who don’t give a shit for their kids OR the agencies) go right on with their serious abuse, unchecked.
