2. They understand all right, they just don’t care or have any respect for the principle.

   This seems like unnecessary hair splitting. It would seem to the casual observer that having an attorney present before questioning would carry on into the questioning itself. Maybe the judges would like to have this creature taking care of their own children or grandchildren.

3. I am sick to death of lawyers (pronounced liars). This kind of crap is getting out of hand. Criminals are getting away with murder quite literally because of these scheming ambulance chasing scum.
