  1. History has shown that an even cruel domestic despot is often preferred by the people to the most benevolent occupier.  Rickvid

Getting to be more like these people are not worth any more sacrifice. Set off a chunk of the country for them, dump them there, wall it in, let the Iraqis who want to live in the 21st century cordon it off, and in a few years they can move back in, with just some rather messy house cleaning to do. Some guy named Snake Pliskin was talking about it down at the Latona Pub the other day...but I’d heard, well, you know…

  2. Bless our soldiers.
They have not been far from my thoughts and prayers all day today.

let the Iraqis who want to live in the 21st century cordon it off, and in a few years they can move back in, with just some rather messy house cleaning to do.

    I rather agree with you.

Just take the rest of them out permanently!

  3. “No, no, America,” they chanted in Arabic. “Yes, yes, peace!”

The “cut and run” types notwithstanding, perhaps our mission there is done...let them find
out what “peace” they’ll have once the occupying despots have left!. angry
