Yum! My ol’ Dad was a griller to beat all. He had a secret bbq sauce that he’d make only after clearing the kitchen of all observers. He’d pull about 20 - 30 ingredients out and set them out on the counter. He’d only use maybe 8 of them, but we never knew which 8!
Sounds like he specialized in “explosive” combinations, Rick!
I grilled tri-tip for dinner tonight… marinated overnight, then covered with my special bbq sauce.
