Arond here (upstate NY), the last day where there were highs over 90 F was in late July. That’s unheard of here. The rain that we’ve had off and on did have a lot to do with it, but it’s going to be that way for the foreseeable future.
BlueState, if you live up in Franklin county it wouldn’t surprise me if you already had snow. Or in Watertown, the place where winter never actually leaves.
I’m in (southern) Saratoga County. Though, I did go to college in St. Lawrence County (at the university of the same name) where there’s two seasons: “Winter,” and “Winter will be back in a minute.”
Ha! SUNY Binghamton for me, where the unofficial school colors are grey and brown: the sky above and the mud below. Way too much winter there as well, usually from mid-October until early May.
