  2. What am I going to do with 5lb of matzohs?

Well heck. Waste not. Send em to me. lol. Insured against breaking or crumbling.
    Good one Drew.
Hey, it can make darn good breakfast. Depending on how hungry you are.
Fried and mixed with one egg.
Take one (or two usually) and get em damp. Wet maybe but NOT soaking wet so they fold.
Scramble an egg real good. Break the matz into pieces and then pour the egg in them. Mix it all up and then dump in a well buttered fry pan and keep moving the combo around til done.
Fry em long enough and you’ll get crispy Fried Matzoh. It’s even better with crisp bacon crumbled into the mix. Some hams work well also.

  3. oh. btw.

Ever try matzoh with butter and a scrambled egg using the matzoh in place of bread? No. I guess not but it isn’t bad.  We also like em with deviled egg on unbuttered matz. cos we use lots of mayo in the egg mix. I called it deviled egg but not sure if that’s correct. What we do is hard boil a few large eggs, mash em up with plenty of mayonnaise and use matzoh as a cracker. Break up a sheet into four or however many pieces strike your fancy.

  4. For something a little less traditional, you might use a chilaquiles recipe with matzoh instead of tortillas.

I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m eating chilaquiles with fried eggs right now and jsut it might work.

  5. I’d love to get something in my grocery store for free.

We did notice our lamb (at Meijer) was halal. Must be for all those MI muslims - as I’ve only seen two covered womins here in the past 5 years.

  6. Matzoh Lasagna.

    No, really!

Just assemble a standard lasagna recipe using sheets of Matzoh in place of the traditional lasagna noodles. They’ll soften up in the cooking process, and what you get is really quite yummy.... and pesach-approved, assuming the rest of the ingredients are.

    Try it!
