1. Was I in a coma for a while? Was I beamed up to an alien spacecraft and suffered missing time? Just when did we decide that in military actions the scumbags we are fighting had the same constitutional rights as an American citizen in the US and that our soldiers had the same mandates to restrict the use of force as cops in America?

2. Jack, I won’t bore you with the details of the rules of engagement we were confined to in Somalia, which, BTW, was a UN-run operation that George H.W. Bush agreed to send us into (he did visit us, though, at Camp Baledogle right before Slick Willy was inaugurated).  Let’s just say that it felt like the rules tied our hands behind our backs, and we had to take a Muslim sensitivity stand-down prior to leaving for that shit hole.

   Now, these Somali fucks are here in New Zealand causing trouble.  My kingdom for my trusty M-60…
