5. Sorry guys, this is like the guy in Japan killing people with a rented truck and a knife.  There is no gun involved and therefore it just isn’t newsworthy.

   On the other hand, I can just hear the cop now:  “Do you have a permit for that fish, sir?”

   Or the court:

   His Honor:  Read the charges, clerk.

   Clerk:  The defendant is charged with assault with a fish.

   Camera cuts to the Monty Python bunch in the jury box…
