  1. I heard this on NPR this morning at 5:32.  I could no longer stay in bed.

Bible passages can’t be quoted but unsigned international agreements form the basis for our laws?

What if the juror had just uttered a quote from memory?  Would that have been the same?

So a murderer/rapist gets to live.  And Terri must die.  No bible quotes will commute her sentence.

  2. OCM - Thanks for reminding me, the good people of Estes Park ran David Habecker off. WOOHOO, YeeHaw, Way to go! No Pledge Sayin SOB! Bless you OCM, keep reminding folks of the good stuff.

Now then, that decision on Harlan. I noticed that ABC doesn’t tell you about how Harlan brutally tortured Rhonda, then raped her, then tortured her some more, then shot her. The bible verse was brought up because of one hold out on the jury who questioned the morality of the sentence. When this first came out a couple of years ago, I knew that some damn court here would throw out the sentence. I heard what the Colo. Most Moonbat Court did last night on the news and damn near put my boot through the TV. DAMN, DAMNIT, DAMN THOSE RAT BASTARDS FOREVER! Maybe, just maybe, Harlan will go into the general prison population, and Rhonda will get her justice there.
