1. Actually, she’s right about it being a scare tactic. She didn’t commit insider trading from what I’ve read because it was her broker he gave her the tip that she should sell off her imclone stock. She and the CEO had the same broker and he simply told her that the CEO sold off his investment and that she might want to do the same so she did it.

2. Ok, folks!  Prefrace this with......i detest this womans arrogance.  Her ‘holier than thou’ attitude inflames me.  I know how she works her business. 

   Having said that...i believe that of all things she is guilty of her arrogance.

   She was convicted of who she was and not what she did.  Look around you at that time.

   All the crimes that were happining at that time, from OUR government to the most ilustrious interprises were swept neatly under the ‘carpet’ The bitch took the fall, and now she will make megabucks on that as well.

   Such a small thread in the scheme of things, IMO.
