1. This was a dumb story the first time I saw it but it did answer the age old question about inner city youth being proud of there junk. Now I want to know if its true that everything is larger in Texas.Tape measures please.

   More seriously, does anyone remember the old quote about beggars and choosers?  Dude, you’re getting them for free.  If you don’t like what’s given, put your own money on the counter.

3. Why would someone have to take a 30 minute on-line training course to give out condoms?  What could be so complicated about giving a condom to some kid or derelict?
