   Isn’t this simply the absolute essence of Britishness? “We know better than you.” It’s the whole class thing, in a nutshell.

   Sorry, y’all ain’t allowed to complain about this. We had a revolution to get rid of it, and it looks like we might have another one of these days to get rid of it again.
