Yep. With my (original! - Not LnL) Hornady progressive I could easily crank out 400 r/h of .44 mag. without breaking a sweat. I guess i could have gone faster - but why sweat?
I found that the smaller calibers - like 9mm and .380 - took a little bit longer due to fumbling around with the smaller cases etc. But the bigger stuff - .38, .357, .41, .44, .45 - easy as pie.
I loaded for years with an RCBS Jr. When that was stolen, I replaced it with a Lee Turret (the original one that didn’t index automatically). I finally wore that out after about twenty years and replaced it with a Dillon XL 650.
Now I have to buy bullets and primers by the case instead of by the box. What a burden!
It certainly makes practise more fun.
