Local Law Enforcement Cracks Down On Illegals

  1. The INS is contacted and the police are told that the Feds can’t be bothered with the illegal unless they (the police) have sixty or more of them to justify a chartered plane to take them out of the country.

So cage ‘em until you’ve got 60 then call the INS.  Word would quickly spread that if you get picked up then you’ll be waiting until the locals have 60 of your illegal buddies in tow before you get shipped back.  Make sure that the bill for their incarceration gets sent to Vincent Zorro.

  2. Why bother with a chartered plane, besides it’s too expensive. Just get some old ‘50s vintage Snailways busses, load ‘em up, and head for the border… Feed ‘em some “Sheriff Arpaio” style stale green bologna sandwiches and lukewarm swamp water to sustain ‘em until they’re back home.

That should give them the USA version of “Montezuma’s Revenge” sick  barf

  3. Some thoughts on this - to agree with the ineffectiveness of the INS or ICE (or whatever sappy PC phrase the PC Police have cooked up this week) - an employer called ICE when she discovered an illegal within her employees - they did nothing. She was furious (and to her credit, fired the guy), she didn’t know as she has a contract with an agency who fills her spots. Not doing a thing is wrong.

How can the lamestream media even speak the word RIGHT in conjunction with this bunch??? It is a form of brainwashing and indoctrination. Speaking of the a middle school in AZ had a program about ‘important’ current events. If you did not want to go you could go to the library (LOCKED). The speaker a Delores Huertas (sp?) spoke for 40 minutes on the fact that Latinos deserve America since they were here first, ‘Republicans hate Latinos’ and that the attack on (illegal) immigrants is a cover to keep the news from focusing on the War in Iraq.
The child who was on Fox - said she tried twice to leave and was told to sit down. I’d sue if I were her parents. Indoctrination is not education.

And finally, how can deportation start when many (heavily hispanic areas) have banned traffic stops just because it was roping in too many illegals with no license (three crimes right off the bat)?!? My daughter was hit by a car full - she said it was like a circus car as people piled out to let the one who had a license get into the drivers seat and give the actual driver time to flee. Alas they didn’t get away with it, as my daughter had a cell, dialed 911 and it turned out there was a police officer on the next corner!

Yeah, right they come here just to work hard and contribute to America - what a load of garbage. And how hypocritical as Mexico has some of the most stringent border laws and their voting laws are even stricter. I know what the real issue is - they are so far ahead on being good democrats - criminals, hypocrites and ignorant of the truth and reality.

  4. Not just on criminals, but against people I would consider charged with relatively minor offenses: Having an invalid driver’s license, a fake Social Security card.

Those are minor offensives?! Those are not criminal? Just what laws are this lawyer reading?

  5. I wonder…

Why not authorize immediate seizure and sale of illegal immigrant’s properties?  i.e. An illegal, driving in this country is pulled over, identified, arrested, and bang!  The car, truck or whatever is seized and sold to benefit the local law.  So too would go any produce, equipment, livestock or property in the illegal’s control.

Of course restaurants, private residences, and other locales would have to be seized and sealed pending a thorough investigation (don’t want to accidentally violate the rights of a citizen who is aiding and abetting illegals, do we?), but the restaurant or home or business should be able to be returned to the legal owner after, say, 30 to 90 days or so.

We’ll levy some levies and fine some fines to pay for the whole thing, and perhaps, Ursula Uptown will read the paper and think:  “Gee!  Maybe Conchita the nanny isn’t the bargain she seems to be!  What if they seize my home, and I have get a lawyer and fight and live in the Hilton for 90 days before I can reclaim it?”

Come to think of it.  That in itself would be a pretty good motivator to check the papers of whomever you’re hiring, now, wouldn’t it?

  6. Unless it has changed since I was patroling the streets, forging government-issued documents was a felony and possession of such was quite a jailable offense in the state of Texas.  Fake Social Security card?  Federal offense...bad news, man.

When I pulled over some illegals, I called INS.  If they didn’t want ‘em, I’d let ‘em sit in jail and build up until the city would finally pressure INS to do their job and come and pick a boatload of them up.  Don’t be fooled.  Illegal immigrants (and coyotes) know the risks in coming here and are banking on the laziness and apathy of law enforcement regarding this issue.

I had/have absolutely NO sympathy for the plight of ANY illegal immigrant to this country...no matter their country of origin. mad
