4. Not sure this could happen in Florida.  If I leave on vacation, and I come back to some idiot claiming he rented my home...well, I just use my 2nd amendment right combined with the Castle Doctrine and the only expense I have is to get new carpets.  Problem solved.

8. The difference here (USA) is that we still have the second amendment. And that is really the last bastion we have to protect our property rights (what little are left).

   In America - we must never, ever let the Left/progressives/bleeding hearts/UN a**kissing crapweasels/spineless and gutless “‘penis-envy’ is the only reason to own a gun” metrosexuals - take this right away from the law-abiding. And believe me - despite the setbacks dealt to them by the Supreme Court - they are figuring out ways as we speak.

   And then it will be all over - America will be taken over - and Wanna-be Master of the Universe BHO will attempt to sit for life as King of America and the ‘Obama stash’ ‘gonna git me a new house (wit no mortgage)’ ‘open borders for all ancient Mexicans who used to roam America before there was an America’ morons will vote for it. And then bitch forever after he tells ‘em how to live their lives and oh btw taxes are now 90% to keep Uncle Obama fat and happy forever.

   Out of my cold dead hands.

   The Second Amendment is what protects and allows all the other Amendments - Never Forget it.

   Shoot, shovel, shut up.

   I’m a bit of a coward though. Many’s the time I’d wanted to do what I just advocated regarding some miscreant occupying my mother-in-law’s rental property. The closest I’ve come to that is when mother-in-law asks me to go to the property in question and remove the doors.

   Amazing how quickly they leave if the doors are removed.

   I’m always armed when removing doors…
