  1. Actually he is just another in a long line of lunatics - Yvette Cade was set on fire by her estranged husband in Oct 2005.

I would not wish that on any one, not even my worst enemy. It is an extremely painful injury and requires a long and tedious recovery and a lifetime of physical/emotional issues. .
This is the downside of media saturation - idiots read the headlines and don’t bother to read the rest of the story - No one gets away with it.

Now for the first question you asked - ‘Fire’ by the Crazy World of Athur Brown (1968) basically a One Hit Wonder

    Lyrics for: Fire

I am the god of hell fire, and I bring you
Fire, I’ll take you to burn
Fire, I’ll take you to learn
    I’ll see you burn

You fought hard and you saved and earned
But all of it’s going to burn
And your mind, your tiny mind
You know you’ve really been so blind
Now ‘s your time, burn your mind
You’re falling far too far behind
Oh no, oh no, oh no, you’re gonna burn

Fire, to destroy all you’ve done
Fire, to end all you’ve become
    I’ll feel you burn

You’ve been living like a little girl
In the middle of your little world
And your mind, your tiny mind
You know you’ve really been so blind
Now ‘s your time, burn your mind
You’re falling far too far behind
    OOhhh
Fire, I’ll take you to burn
Fire, I’ll take you to learn
You’re gonna burn, you’re gonna burn
You’re gonna burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn

Fire, I’ll take you to burn
Fire, I’ll take you to learn
Fire, I’ll take you to bed

  2. HOT LEGS!

    What an appalling story.
I used to work with burn victims.
    It was awful.
We always made sure they were doped to the max before we started working on them, but it still did not completely dull the pain.
The adults at least knew we were trying to help them, even though it was painful.
The children broke my heart. They hated seeing me come in the room, because they knew what was coming and they just did not understand that it was a necessary evil.
I would go home in tears.
I do not care what they say about professional detatchment, I hated hurting those kids!
I pray this poor woman survives and has a good plastic surgeon.
