2. On the topic of Fwench jails. I am no lover of the Fwench, but one thing they do properly is their penal system. A foreigner in a Fwench jail is going to have a really bad time. Though with the increasing numbers of mad mullahs incarcerated at least they will have a few fellow death cultists.
