I guess this will be the ‘new’ progressive way to deal with rape - No longer blame the victim (but indeed all men are rapists, never forget the 2nd Commandment of the feminazis) - become a victim again.  Yet I bet this idiot does not believe that sending a soldier with PTSD back into combat is anything other than barbaric - typical liberal - hypocritical to the end. And insane.
