  4. History is NEVER trivial.

    Had Hitler been more interested in history, he might not have invaded the Soviet Union.

    But that aside, there isn’t anything trivial about finding letters hidden away for 200 years, written by the generals leading the armies against the colonies that became the USA, eventually.

  6. Lyndon, good point.  Do ya suppose he knows what the word means?

    Another subject. Scary comments on BeeB news. Word is that the polls show a drop in Tory numbers. Don’t care for that. Altho Dave doesn’t help when he announces things that sound like he’s parroting Harperson.  Things kinda glum looking.
