2. Doesn’t his wife filling bogus income tax forms - kinda prove that this wasn’t a mental illness gone wild? And in the 2000s aren’t there medications for bi-polar that would quash those extreme manic moments that would lead to such crappola?

   2.5 years - I guess some political criminals are more equal than other criminal criminals. But then this is IL - isn’t it illegal to put DemocRATS in jail for life there or at least a normal sentence?

3. Of course it’s total BS. But Rich is right, and I think it will be ages, if ever, before as much as a dollar gets returned. But nobody will be looking, so he’ll get away with that for 20 or so years, just like Tawana Brawley.
