lets give three cheers and 3 cheers more for law and order? where?

 

1. 229 offenses - so in Britain - what exactly constitutes a criminal? I like the 3 strikes laws here - but these are what we call misdemeanors so come on Criminal Justice system - pick a number and then (like the 3 strikes laws) - when they hit that number - ding, ding, ding - The criminal loses and society (once again) wins. Locked up forever.

   The last one - can’t arrest foul mouthed - wonder if someone was thinking of the travelers when they thunk up that one as a ‘good idea’?!?

2. "‘The courts do not accept that police officers are caused harassment, alarm or distress by words such as ‘f***, c***, b*******, w******.’ “

   Applying that logic, I’m sure that if one were in court and called the judge a ‘f***, c***, b*******, w******’ there would be no repercussions.
