4. Hi Phoenix, it’s an old joke about what to do with poor newspapers and magazines.  You use their pages to cover the bottom of the birdcage to catch the bird droppings.

5. Okay.  I used the same ref in another blog once and stunned myself by my own perspicacity.  Impressed some others, too.

   hahahaha....  too funny to think I came off as smart and clever by making a birdshit ref to something that came from a newspaper.  I used the word birdcage but went no further.  I should have known your ref instantly.
