  2. Okay, an ASBO is an ‘anti-social behaviour order’ rather like a restraining order? Correct? That was the extent of criminal charges?

    I’ve no knowledge of British law, but in the States she’d also be facing several civil suits on top of any criminal/misdemeanor charges. The victim would be filing civil charges.
