  1. Start making inquiries, in writing, and post the results here.  Turn the heat up.

From what I understand of the British legal system (similar to the Canadian one that patterned itself after the British one), I’m guessing you start here:  Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Prisons

    There’s also the Home Office:

    2 Marsham Street
    London SW1P 4DF

    Tel: 020 7035 4848
    Website: http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk
    Email:

Secretary of State for the Home Department Rt Hon Jacqui Smith MP
    Ministers of State
    - Minister of State (Borders and Immigration); (also in HM Treasury) Mr Phil Woolas MP
    - Minister of State (Policing, Crime & Security) Mr Vernon Coaker MP
    Parliamentary Under-Secretaries of State
    - Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Crime) Mr Alan Campbell MP
    - Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Identity) Meg Hillier MP
    - Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Security and Counter-terrorism) Lord West of Spithead

Some of that located here:  Her Majesty’s Government

  2. Argentium the sad truth is that Britain has been run for the past eleven years by a bunch of ex University marxists and they all believe the “prison doesn’t work mantra.” Now they have to spin and cook the books to cover up because crime is out of control.

Whilst I agree your approach is sound I doubt they would even bother to reply. They think they know better. Many years ago they debated capital punishment in parliament. This was when the UK parliament could still discuss such topics, before they signed up to the the EU human rights. The public were polled and about 70% were in favour of the return of hanging. However the MP’s knew better and voted against it.

Nowadays they can’t even discuss it and they have even removed hanging as a penalty for treason. Probably a good idea given the way some of them have acted in the past decade. The only good news is their days in office are numbered and if the polls are correct the socialists could be wiped out for a generation.

Prisons in Britain are a joke, when the Conservatives were last in office they brought in tougher sentences and built prisons and surprise, surprise, crime dropped. This clown is serving a life sentence. What that means now is he is likely to be out in ten years instead of dangling at the end of a bit of rope as he should be.

  3. hmmmm.  What was that formula?  Rope, Prisoner, Tree, some assembly required.  It’s hard to endorse the cold blooded killing of a human being, but folks like Mr. Graham don’t seem to qualify as human.  What species he is, I don’t know, but I don’t think that extinction of that species would be inappropriate.

As far as Parliament is concerned, I’d ask who keeps electing those clowns, except I’m afraid that someone would point to Congress and the Oval Office.  What a revolting development.

Do you realize that this guy isn’t bothered by the lack of women in prison?  He seems to have a wife, etc., so you can’t define him as homosexual, he just doesn’t seem to care.  I think I could consider at least part of him human, if he were at least an honest homosexual.
