The guy filling in for Rush had a crewmember that was present for this incident on the show today. I don’t know if they post transcripts of guest host stuff over at RushLimbaugh.com.

John Kerry. He’s an politically opportunistic waffling liberal who will raise our taxes and subvert policy to the UN, and his party is weak on defense.

How do you feel about 9/11 and the billions of dollars spent to make us safer?

And this effects you how? It doesn’t. You do understand that the tried and true method of recession recovery is tax relief and deficit spending, do you not? It works every time. You don’t need me to tell you this, read the economic history of the last 100 years.
“$450 billion dollars is $1,800 per man, woman, and child of the United States? 3 years ago, I got a tiny check of $300 back, and I was in the TOP tax bracket to get that - and not every man woman and child got that much back. $300 a year is less than $1/day.”
