  1. This bat3 sounds like a potential “death by cop” suicide headcase crazy

Of course, the sewer-sharks in the media (circus) swamp are in full feeding-frenzy mode.

  2. Well, he’ll get his fifteen minutes of fame and a free plane ride back home to the US.

The way I heard it, he’ll more likely get a free plane ride back to Thailand to answer to some charges there.

Right from the start I thought that this particular case reeked of something bad.  Still does apparently.

  3. Ok I know this guy is up on charges in Thailand, I think I heard child porn in/on his possession. So the key questions are - is there a death penalty in CO (I heard if convicted of all the charges, he qualifies for it)? Is it ever applied and or carried out anymore? Then what is the penalty for the charge(s) he is facing in Thailand? Perhaps he decided to face a known jail sentence here than a questionable sentence there? But yes, I’m starting to hear things that this guy is a few bottles short of a case and maybe he just wanted a ticket home with the hopes that he can ‘disappear’ during all the legal hullabaloo - has anyone told him that child murders don’t get bail or they just might not make to trial alive? Oh well, another lunatic out running around amongst us - and we have to wonder why the world is going to hell in a hurry.

  4. I heard that he was some kind of sicko baby humper. The first pictures I saw of him, he looked awfully skinny. AIDS skinny. I wonder ... but yeah, maybe this is some gimmick to get himself out of Thailand. They actually enforce the laws there. Death by caning, or am I confusing Thailand with Singapore?

  5. It stinks, and Mary Lacy the Boulder DA made a jackass out of herself today when she announced the arrest. One of the things this phedophile claimed was that he picked up the Ramsey girl from school. JonBenet was killed on christmas day for Pete’s Sake. There is no school on christmas day or the week proceeding, nor the week after. Yet, stupid ass Mary Lacy got on the TV and just broke her arm patting herself on the back that this is the guy. It stinks bad.

Wardmama, there is a death penalty here in Colorado but don’t count on this guy seeing it. Between Mary Lacy and her predecessor Alex Hunter, they could have fucked up a wet dream, and they definitely screwed up this case.

There isn’t enough room in the comments to go into just how FUBAR this whole deal is. But keep a eye on this because it is going to make national news again because it is so screwed up. The guy to watch is a Brit who is a professor of journalism at C.U. who has been a Ramsey Family defender since this whole thing started. It came out today that this professor has been exchanging dozens of email with John Karr for weeks and is the one who blew the whistle on Karr. What the news hasn’t said is that this professor has been working on and off for the Ramsey Family Attorneys for the past ten years.

Watch this, it is going to get much worse, and that poor girl will never get justice.

  6. Couldn’t be less interested in this sordid topic.

  7. Maybe he’s trying to establish some street cred so he can enlist with the UN Peaceraper’s (our proud pedophiles in blue).

  8. That pencil-necked geek, whatever slammer he ends up in, he’s not going to live for very long, official death penalty or not. In the heirarchy of convicts, child molesters / murderers are the lowest of the low, and he’ll receive well-deserved jailhouse justice in spades. THen there’s the old joke about arriving at the jail as a “tight end” and leaving as a “wide receiver”, but I’ll leave that to the various imagination(s) out there.

I’m normally a talk radio junkie, but when these sordid scandals and “crime of the century” cases hog all the airtime, I revert to my 1960’s rock ‘n’ roll roots and just tune into the ‘60s oldies station, whether on local radio or XM. Someone call me when it’s over.

Meanwhile, the NOKOs are about to light off a nuke test, Iran isn’t too far away, the middle east is smouldering but all the “mental goliaths” who subscribe to People Magazine and National Enguirer and watch ”The View” are all in mindless lockstep rapt engrossment in these lurid scenarios from the dark side of (alleged) humakind.

Is there intelligent life in outer space question , there certainly isn’t much on earth soapbox  laughing_tv  toilet_monster

  9. You know, when I kept hearing about this yesterday - first thought that went through my mind is what is so special about this case? How many kids die in America, not of disease or accidents? Try homicide was the #1 cause of death for children under 18 months in NYC, for the 80s. Try the case in IL which turns my stomach, father and step witch beat the 4 year old to death and bared the police and EMTs from entering the apartment, while they cleaned up and got - get this 30 days - from a lunatic judge. These cases, sadly happen day after day after day. We let pediphiles go, we let murderers go, we let abusers go - ‘cause they are all sick and they molest, kill and beat again and again and again. I seem to think that the 36+ year experiment on not using the death penalty agressively has not shown a reduction in crime - so therefore despite all the liberal whiners, it is a deterent. Bring it back, fast track, one appeal, reviewed by the state Bar/Judges board. End of story. Then wait 36+ years and see if the crime is as bad.

And contrary to what I hear over and over again - I don’t care to hear in-depth and daily analysis of the ‘case du jour,’ I do not care to hear what star is divorcing or marrying today nor do I care to see endless pictures of same. There used to be trashy papers and magazines for this, and I thought that what was Court TV and E was for - why is now fare for every network and cable station?

It is a purposeful dumbing down of humanity.

  10. Wardmama, I think the Jon Benet case was the first of the WWWA events (Where da White Women At?) that “reporters” like Great Van Sustren and Geraldo thrive on. IIRC this case was on 24-7 on all the channels, soon after the whole country went through the never ending OJ debacle.

Now, if maybe the news was the NEWS and not info-tainment, they wouldn’t need a BIG STORY to endlessly run with and could actually let people know what’s going on in the world every day. But, alas ...
