My daughter stumbled across this a few days ago - spiders are her bete noir. So I guess I don’t have to worry about her trekking off to Pakistan any time soon.
We have Tent Caterpillars, or Gypsy Moths, that cover our trees, but not anywhere nearly as spectacularly as those spider webs.
Tent caterpillars. Pretty sure Gypsy moths just eat your trees instead. Gak, remember the Gypsy moth outbreak back in the early 80s? There were so darn many of them you could hear the caterpillars chewing. And their poop was everywhere. And then they were gone. Wonder what killed them off, and I wonder if it could be trained to eat stinkbugs instead?
