just a simple obsession

 

1. When it’s not your work earning it or even your dime - People tend to do the most stupid, wasteful things. And I bet that there are a lot of decent Brits who are wondering where their next meal is coming from - who wouldn’t stoop to being ‘on the dole’.

   Much like us - we pay go our cell phones now ($10./month) and have to listen to Obamaphone commercials - it’s disgusting.

   And I think, it’s about to come crashing down on the big o’s arrogant head.

2. same for me Wardmama, though no O-mercials. My “dumbphone” cost me $18 at Walmart, and costs less than $10 a month. Net10.com. No, I can’t surf, run apps, or download stuff. Even texting is a small pain. But it’s a phone, and that’s pretty much all I need. I have a computer at home for data and paper maps in the car for directions should I need them. Good enough for me.

   Of course the wife just gave herself an iPad Mini for Xmas ... but so far it seems that all she does with it is play Fruit Ninja ... hour after hour after hour. OMG, I am so sick of the sound of that !@#$%*$ thing!!!
