  1. So does someone who has a fervent belief in the scientists who don’t go in for this Global Warming bullshit get afforded the same legal protection?  (Of COURSE they won’t, and I’d be silly to expect even handedness and equality in the morass of shit that British Law… has become.)

    Peiper, remind me again why our Founding Fathers, Washington et el, broke from England? Could it be they looked into the future and said ‘Nah. Let’s give the Colonies a chance.’

    Sad to say, but those old colonies are exactly the what the Founders founded against.

  3. There’s an opportunity here.... if the globull warming nutjobs are considered to be exercising their religion, well, that means the government can no longer do anything about global warming. After all, that would violate the 1st amendment by establishing a religion… Let’s “lawyer up”. wink Makes as much sense as suing over a manger scene at city hall.
